Health Benefits of Green Juicing


Green drinks are all the rage these days. All the beautiful, cool, successful folks are uploading photos and recipes to their social streams. And I’m one of them; converted and utterly convinced about this magic elixir. Green juice is beneficial to our existence.  If you add some beets to your carrot juice, you can also take in hearty doses of betalains, which raises your body’s detoxification enzymes. This helps your body process out even more manmade chemicals which without detoxification methods can be hard to remove. Beet juice in large quantities has also been known to break down cancers and tumors.

 

Green Juice Provides us with Enzymes

Enzymes’ that we need to cleanse, detoxify and renew at a cellular level. Enzymes are also needed to digest food. We cannot have amazing health without enzymes. Cooking and processing of any type destroys all enzymes, so raw food, especially greens, is absolutely essential to maintain healthy enzyme levels. A daily green juice is a sure way to maintain enzyme levels.
