    1. No problem! I know because of me you’re cooking a lot more PERIOD. As you know I love food and nutrition. I’ve pondered that idea of becoming a certified nutritionist, and it’s something that I’m actually still pondering….LMAO!!! We will SEEEEEEE!!

I believe the power to heal yourself comes from food. I’m obsessed with anything organic, raw, natural, and nutritious. I read a lot of periodicals, published health articles, and books on health, food, and nutrition. I’m basically self-educated! I hope you feel better! Drink a lot of white and green teas and warm lemon water to boost your immune system. Feel better!!
