My Oat and Almond Milk Recipe

mmmmmm….delicious!

Making your own nut milk is a snap…and oat milk is even snappier! I used to buy it at the store, but when reading the ingredients, I was turned off quickly. Even though an items says organic and non-GMO, it can still contain health altering ingredients. Why consume it?

I say laziness!!!

This recipe will take you less than 10 minutes to make and enjoy immediately. Just try it! Oh, come on!

Here are your ingredients ~ you probably already have them in your cupboard.

* 1 1/2 cup pressed oats

* 1 hand full raw almonds

*25 drops liquid Stevia (or to taste)
