I did 2 weeks of fully raw after watching fullyrawkristina and ravana on YouTube and it was great. My body felt so different. I am not ready to surrender meat yet :-).

Do what’s best! You can have meat-free days throughout the weeks. Not just on Monday’s. Use it for flavoring instead of main entrees.
